Why You Should be asking these Fatloss Questions
Here’s another letter Fitness author Jon Benson let me share with my reader. I think you’re going to find this very interesting, I did when I first heard it. Hope you guys get something from it

There are things you know and there are things you don’t know. However the answer to accomplishing anything is the finding of another variable, such as what you don’t know you don’t know…… get me?
Let’s thing about this for a minute. Tons of people ask me questions such as…
– How do I get loss my stubborn bodyfat?
– How quickly can I achieve this?
– Can you tell what the most effective diet plan is for me?
These are all excellent questions; however there are many more questions lots of people don’t know to ask. It’s those questions they don’t even know they don’t know, get it?
Let’s have a look at 3 questions many people never ask because they don’t even know they don’t know about’em……..
UNKNOWN QUESTION 1:
“Can you tell me the Best Dietary-Fat I should be eating to help get rid of bodyfat?”
Although the media may deceive you at times when it comes to dietary fats… let me set the record straight:
In order to burn off bodyfat, you absolutely must consume dietary fat.
An old saying goes something like this “Fat burns…but in the presence of dietary-fat.” And it’s the truth. You should actually be consuming these two Best Fats:
Coconut Oil – CLA
Ideal to cook with, coconut oil should be used instead of all the starchy foods you are currently eating. You’ll be much more healthier and you’ll get leaner faster also.
Coconut oil keeps you:
- Satisfied longer.
- Lubricates your joints.
- Actually helps you loss stubborn bodyfat.
Use 1 tablespoon per 50 lbs per day, but be sure to decrease your starchy carbs such as:

- Breads.
- Rice.
- Potatoes.
Believe it or not CLA is a form of transfat… however it’s a much healthy form and helps your body get rid of stubborn bodyfat. The best way to use it is in supplement-form which is the only way it comes.
I personally take 4 grams per day. You can get it at most online stores such as evitaminsor any health food stores in your area.

UNKNOWN QUESTION 2:
“Did you say Cardio may be Bad for Me?”
Okay… maybe not ‘bad’ for you… it’s just not quite as ‘good’ for you as the media and magazines want you to think.
Especially if you do what they suggest which is much too long and much too often. Do it the way I recommend and you won’t believe the results.
What you need to do is spend 80% of your exercise time doing ‘resistance’ training, not cardio with a very brief rest between sets.
“7 Minute Body” is my newest update to “7 Minute Muscle” which combines both “7 Minute Muscle” plus an extra 100 pages of in-home ONLY workouts. This way you can workout in the gym or at home and do it in 7 to 14 minutes a day!
You’ll be shaping your body and burning-off major calories at the same time… all without boring cardio.
When you “do” cardio, do it the way I point out in “7 Minute Body” by using the 9-minute GXP Cardio Workout. Simply add walking to this several days a week and you’re all set with your cardio.
GXP works because it is progressive and does not over-tax the recovery system. You warm up, hit about 85% of your max effort, then you cool down. However the main thing is ‘when’ to do it… and I covered this in my book.
Although I still take pleasure in sitting on my bike and watching TV, I do that just to burn-off that last bit of bodyfat. Most of you don’t need to do this because it’s a waste of time for most people however resistance training is not.

“Can Pizza Help Me Shed Bodyfat?”
Sounds too good to be true doesn’t it? Well it’s not.
My dietary plan doesn’t just “let” you eat pizza, it lets you enjoy your favorite foods several times every week, as a matter of a fact it DEMANDS that you do.
Your face is probably all frowned up right now as you wonder what the? Well let me explain.
The first thing is I have you eat less on certain days and at certain times. If done the way I suggest your metabolism which is the rate you use fat, energy, etc. really won’t slow down.
Then at a particular time you eat a lot more food and the best way to do this is by eating what you enjoy.
First, the foods you enjoy usually have more calories. Second, you’ll ENJOY the whole freakin’ process! Many “diets” fail because people can’t stand them because they’re too restrictive.
That’s why I created my System from the ground up, ensuring I won’t get bored with my food and the extra calories I get from pizza or my favorite Mexican or delicious Key Lime Pie which actually boosts my metabolism sky-high.
Wanna see an example:
One day I ate the normal Every Other Day Diet-way which for me is the “Extreme Plan”. There are 4 Plans, each designed to achieve different goals.
After several days of low-cal, low-carb eating, I enjoyed about 5000 calories of Mexican food which I absolutely love! The TIMING is key here, however don’t worry because I’ll tell you exactly how it’s done.
The next morning I was able to see more of my abs.
I then went back to EODD-style eating, which I absolutely love btw and then later had some of that delicious Key Lime Pie and believe it or not I was leaner the next day.
Now I’m doing this as I “peak” — I need to be in excellent shape in December. The only time I stop doing this is 4 weeks before a photo-shoot but unless you want to be 5% bodyfat and most likely you don’t, then you never have to stop and It works like a charm.
